Erin Prater
General Counselling
Counselling therapies are typically considered as a short term treatment, providing clients with a space to explore, understand and process difficult circumstances.

By providing the therapeutic "scaffolding" and specialised treatments, counsellors are able to walk alongside clients as together they discover ‘practical life answers’ by clarifying issues, exploring alternatives, developing strategies, and enhancing self-awareness.

A referral from a GP is not required to book a consultation with a counsellor.
