Welcome message...
Erin Prater
As a Level 1 Registered Counsellor, I accept clients with low to moderate support needs.

Together we can explore relationship stress, decision making challenges, or impacts to daily living, whilst developing skills that can help to regulated symptoms activated by
anxiety and panic, depression, C/PTSD and PTSD.

I aim to provide a safe space for First Nation Peoples, culturally diverse and divergent communities.
"Erin is caring, inspiring, and innovative..."
Victoria M, 37
Lived Experience
As a person with lived experience of the effects of psychological abuse on mental health,
I bring a personal understanding of recovery and growth to my Counselling,
and NDIS high intensity psychosocial support roles.

Aim
I aim to provide care tailored to meet your need.
Areas of concern are gently explored during counselling.
Skill development and problem solving are key goals of treatment.
Connecting with empathy and compassion brings understanding of the road travelled, whilst
nurturing courage, hope and trust opens the door to learning, planning and action.
